Fruit and Vegetable Insects

Fruits Flies, Ants, Spiders

There’s nothing more delicious than a fresh piece of fruit or vine ripened vegetables. Organic produce, in particular, is enjoying a surge in popularity. Organic fruits and vegetables are grown without the harsh pesticides and chemicals that farmers often use to repel pests. That makes for a great product. However, any produce, especially organic produce, can harbor insects that may invade your premises and infest your home.

Fruit flies, ants and spiders are just some of the unwelcome pests that your organic fruits and vegetables may be harboring. This problem can also occur if you grow your own produce in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Jebel Ali or anywhere else where home gardens grow and thrive. That does not mean you should eat only fruits and vegetables that are grown with the help of harsh chemicals and toxic pesticides. It just means that you should be very vigilant about inspecting every piece of fruit or vegetable that you purchase at the market or grow yourself to ensure that it is absolutely free of spiders, ants, fruit flies or other insects.
